Quest apartments and Rosehill???

Quest apartments and Rosehill???
Hi all
am coming for a reccie in August and have booked Quest apartments in Brisbane - Story Bridge (Kangaroo Point) and Melbourne - Southbank.
So far - so good (hopefully -unless there are quest horror stories
)
However, the only Quest I can locate with available space in/near Sydney is Quest Rosehill, 2km from Parramatta.
Anyone know - how far this is from Central Sydney - we will hire a car so approx driving time? and
are there alternative apartments that anyone knows of that can accommodate 5 adults. We would prefer self catering but if not a reasonably priced hotel.

I know Kageroo Point is a great location for central Brissie though, so I'm sure that will be perfect!
