Just wondering if anyone has any experience of using PSS removals and their agent Kents in Perth.

Any experiences would be appreciated..good or bad!!

We used them when we emigrated in 2005. Excellent service from PSS in the UK and Kent here in Brisbane.

Would highly recommend them.

Used them to get our stuff to Perth. All good on both sides and I can recommend them.

Used PSS and Kent removals. PSS were excellent, however would NOT recommend Kent in Perth. All our worldly goods arrived in perfect order until Kent removals got their hands on them. Kent removals dropped boxes on the driveway which broke china etc, due to their incompetence. The damage was unnecessary as they did not take care with our goods. We also found brand new mats/rugs that had been driven over. Kents response was that it was due to customs. I also found Kent removals rather aggressive when I tried to resolve issues I had with them.

It is such a shame PSS have teamed up with Kent as their packers in the UK were first class.
