Property Reports
For those of you who don't mind dry facts, I have found a Quarterly Economic & Property Report for the major centres, covering topics such as migration trends, median house prices, employment figures, population growth etc. There is also a report on investing in Brisbane vs Sydney and Melbourne - sorry the other major cities don't seem to feature. Here is the link: http://www.happykoalahomes.com/links.htm

Thanks for the link - actually interesting (as an Australian with a Business Studies teaching background) stuff for me. I noted that NSW remains the main state for overseas migrants. As a recent visitor to the forum I got the impression most Brits go to WA or Qld!
Thanks again.
