hi there anyone got property in australia while living in the uk? I am thinking of renting out property long term or as a holiday let and was wondering if anyone out there is doing similar. Are you having any difficulties managing from the UK ?

If you havent got your visas you have to apply for property through the FIB.
However at the moment it is a buyers market here in Perth!
