My son has an underbite condition, lower jaw protrudes. He's been told that he'll need a prognathic osteopathy corrective jaw surgery. Only thing is that the process takes about 18 months of preparation followed by another 6 months of post operative treatment. He's going to get this on the NHS here. However, we intend to move to Sydney next year. Obviously, this treatment is also available in Australia, but does anyone know if it's available on medicare?
