Default Primary Schools - Huntingdale area (SOR)

We are looking at purchasing a house in Huntingdale. Can anybody recommend a good school in this area. Bletchley Park, Carey Baptist College, Sacred Heart, St Emilies all say Huntingdale falls outside their catchment area. Have heard poor comments with regard Huntingdale Primary itself, so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Regards

Is it not possible for you to rent in this area first before buying? Other threads on BE mention prices still to fall in WA. The MySchools website entry for Huntingdale Primary is not comforting:

Look at the index on the right hand side - 90% of kids come from lowest quarter.

If you look on the left hand side, the blue box has links, select the lowest one "Local schools" and then go through them one by one.

Have you read the local free community newspaper? Do you know what the local council might be planning? What about Jandakot Airport - would noise from that bother you? What about Tonkin, Roe and Albany Highways nearby? Are these or other local distributor roads due for expansion?

There's quite a lot of land that looks undeveloped on this map, what is planned for that area?

Most important of all, what about Internet access? I heard a bloke from the new sub-division at Piara Waters, to the southwest of Huntingdale, on the radio a couple of weeks back. They've got no Internet access there, mobile coverage is poor (stands outside on his drive) and they've been told by Telstra that they won't get any until the NBN goes through, not even in the 1st lot of NBN in WA, that's even if it all happens.

When buying here (or renting) you have to do a lot of homework yourself. As a newcomer to Perth, it's even more important not to rush in. You absolutely don't believe or trust the real estate agent.
