Prescription charges
Can anyone tell me what the prescription charges are in Oz? Also do the charges vary as to what you're prescribed? And do you have to pay for prescriptions for children?

This site should cover it. Under the PBS the max you should pay is $23.10 or $3.70 if a concession card holder (ie pensioner) And yep pay for the children too!
I do know that sometimes here though the doctor will give you a script for something that the chemist can sell you the same thing over the counter cheaper so always check with the pharmacist. Also if what you are prescribed is not on the PBS list you could pay more.
