Hmm, been away for a week, filled in the form to get the mail held at the post office.........got back tonight, full mailbox spilling into the garden, containing our own mail AND stuff for the cranky woman next door........and parcels on the doormat, in clear view from the road.
Come back Royal Mail, I'll never moan about you again

That is cause for major complaint. It's simple standard every day practice. You've got a bodgy postie and a half where you reside.
In certain circumstances the Post office could be liable for major damages for issues such as this. Thats right up there with losing a registered item x how many items you had delivered.
He hasn't looked at his redirection book, which is the first thing posties are supposed to do every day.
