Police Checks Help!
Hi Everyone,
I have downloaded the pdf file from the immi web site for the police check, is this the one that I hand in to the police?
Can anyone tell me how this works, the West Midlands Police would have me believe they have never done this before!
Help I am running out of time!
Also does anyone know how long employer sponsered visas are taking to process? I cant find a reference to them on Austimeline.

Sorry should have said we are nurses with jobs at a hospital in Perth who are sponsoring us

Hi Liz,
You need a subject access form and you apply through your local police station.
I emailed mine and they sent me the form as a download.

does anyone know if there is a form that can be downloaded and handed in at ANY police station or sent to an address that will deal with a NATIONAL police check and the certificate sent back will say it is for a nationwide NATIONAL police check? -or is that too easy?
