Please don't shout, not deaf First and foremost always always always be totally honest with DIMIA. They have ways of finding out the truth and have been known to chuck people out of the country for lying . Not worth it. The police checks will show up anything anyway. They go back forever. Saying that even people who have been to prison etc have got visas so don't worry too much unless you are mass murderer.

The house market is crap at the moment all over the country. Very few looking at houses and even fewer putting offers in and sticking with it to the end. If you have TRA approval I would start sorting the house out now.
