He didn't attend college and trained on the job.
We had to get detailed references from the time he started from who hes was working for stating what training he did, all tools used, it had to be really detailed and was definatley the harded part. We ended up writing the reference ourselves and then getting the company he worked for to put it on headed paper, it had to include dates of training, when he went on to do more detailed plastering, etc, also had to have Vat reg no on the company headed paper, contact phone numbers.
Make sure you give as much detail as you can, our agent sent our first draught back saying it wasn't detailed enough, maybe you could just get an agent to check yours before you send it to TRA, but yours maybe different as you went back to do NVQ.
