Place to live in Adelaide
#1
We rented a lovely house near the city in Norwood on a 6 month lease (not easy - most landlords want 12 months)
We've now bought our own home in the Hills and want to get out of the tenancy early. If we approach the landlords agent with a new tenants name, we can have it transferred.
So, anyone interested? We can vouch for the place as being the best way to settle into Adelaide life.
If anyone wants more details, send me a PM

Sorry no it doesnt. Swimming pools are not as commonplace as you would expect, and quite rare in rental properties. These are the preserve of executive stuff at £1000 per week.
However it does have ducted air con.
As Mr mover says, Norwood is a very trendy and cosmopolitan area.
