If you were a pudding, which would you be? ( God - I really have lost my mind )

I'd be a peach melba ( Note the aussie theme - named after Dame Nellie Melba - aussie operatic star )- cool ice cream, a ripe and juicy peach and lots of tangy raspberry sauce dripping down the sides.

go on... what would you be.....

N.B The aussies aren't that famous for their puds, so who fancies being the " Lamington "?

A Pavalova of course ! Mind you the Ozzies and Kiwis still don't agree on who invested it.
An Aussie mate of mine makes a superb Pavalova, frsh fruits with thick double cream...yum!

Went over to France yesterday (last trip before I go south) and we went to a little restaurant in Deauville. Besides the obligatory snails in garlic butter (heavenly) they do Calvados Sorbet..... chunks of apple in the sorbet, and it was SWIMMING in Calvados! I could almost drink out from the glass, around the edge of the sorbet itself. It was almost neat - don't think they used any ordinary ice in the sorbet, just frozen Calvados........mmmmmmmm

So thats what I'd be.....

You've got a lot to answer for fozzy - making me hungry for scrummy puddings in the morning! (I'm comfort eating enough as it is!) I think I'd have to be profiteroles - light and fluffy, with lashings of chocolate sauce!
