Smile Perth - suburbs to live

Hi

I already live in Victoria on a 457 but will be moving to Perth in the next 4 to 6 weeks. I will be working right in the middle of the city but don't mind a bit of commuting.

Can anyone recommend a good area/suburb which is family orientated but accessible to the city or even places to avoid living?

Cheers

www.aussiemove.com has a good map and suburb guide. Easy access to city by train from the northern suburbs. Train line coming later this year to the southern suburbs.

How old are your kids, do you want to be close to beach, hills, pubs, shops etc.

All of them!!!! lol

Beach is a preference I guess.

Kids are 10 and nearly 12. We like walks and going to the beach (oh and the pub) but what to move in the right area.

Thanks for the link!
