What amazes me is that in a state as large as WA everyone seems to think Perth is the only option.what about the south, south west or even north of perth

and i think you'll find a mixture of people on here living in WA and not ALL in Perth.

No seriously you get more for your money up here. The house next to us, a 3x1 on 1/2 an acre just sold for $390k. It needs a lot of work but has great potential. Saying that the house directly across from us, a 5x5 on 1 acre has just gone on at $1.3m! It is stunning though.
