Perth (SOR) I need help!
We're here and looking at various areas surrounding Cannington. Didn't like the old style of house at East Vic Park but keen to look at Melville, Roleystone, Willieton, Bull Creek, Leeming and Murdoch. We're hoping to get a long term let (2 years) while hubby is studying.
Any thoughts on these areas? Any input really is welcome. Thank you!

We live in Kardinya which is near Leeming, Bull Creek, Murdoch, Willeton - very nice average suburbs. What I like is the proximity to Freo and it's easy for commuting to the city. The houses are big, many have decent gardens and the rent's affordable. What I don't like is that there isn't really the community feel / buzz that comes with Vic Park, Freo, South Perth etc - but it's affordable... However the longer we are here the more we've got to know the neighbours, parents from school, shop assistants etc etc....
