What puzzles me a tad is what happens if the pension fund is transferred to a QROPS approved superannuation fund and is at a later date transferred to another super fund that doesn't have QROPS status ... the opportunity for the UK Revenue to tax the transfer is gone.

Hmmm ....

My pension transfer has just come through today It has taken nearly 3 months!

I have transferred mine to my Asgard superfund.

I also have been told that Asgard are looking to get QROPS status as soon as the application forms are available from HM Revenue & Customs in UK.
