We have been here in Perth now for 4 weeks so decided it was time to swap over our UK licences to Australian driving licences, we were pleasantly surprised to find out you no longer need to do the theory test. I just thought I would let anyone who doesn't already know about this. All you have to do is pop down to the local licencing centre with your licence and some ID, take a quick eye test and thats it.
