Our countdown to leave has started
Shippers in 26/27 August
Flights booked Heathrow to Brisbane via Singapore on 7th September arrive on the 9th. Hubby booked the 22.05 flight thinking it would be good for our 2 year old to sleep on the longest haul. Didn't think about the time difference meaning overnight to Brisbane will be during UK day time. Lets see if she sleeps for that bit!!!
Car hire booked for arrival
Accommodation booked for first week, second week at a friends house and dog sitting,gives us 2 weeks to find a long term rental
Bank account opened
UK house rented out
Hair dye brought to cover the large amount of extra grey hair that has appeared!
Only appears to be 3 million more forms left to fill in now
34 days left to say goodbye, pack, tie up lose ends and pack 40kg of luggage each!
Feeling strangely calm at the moment, not sure if and when reality will set in but been prepared for it by reading other BE posters experiences

Wow good luck, follow your dream and i'll all turn out great...even if your toddler does run around the plane for 22 hours!!!!
