Hi all
Just a few weeks away now from moving to Tauranga NZ. As soon as the sale of our house goes through we will be off, all the technical stuff with solicitors is done so its just wait now.
My wife is both exited and very nervous but i suppose i have so much to deal with i may not understand her as much as i should.
All the waiting is finally coming to an end now which in itself is exiting.
All the best to everyone and live you life

The housing market in the UK selling, buying and renting is a nightmare. We own a house in South Wales and at present it is rented out to a couple through a letting agency. We now want to sell the house and have been advised by our agents that the people are looking to move out very soon. I wanted an estate agent to go in and make a valuation on the property and the tenants are objecting, saying it an intrusion of their privacy. We have been good landlords and any probs that have come up we have sorted immediately. How is this fair. We have said that we will not send any people to view the property just want to put the house on market to try and generate some interest ready for when they leave. The system stinks, I have had terrible trouble with this every since I first rented the house 3 years ago and say I will never entertain renting property again. Any advice over this issue is most welcome.

We too are almost there, or at least we will be when and if the exchange of contracts happens. Good luck to everyone else in the same boat!
