I've had it confirmed from Next management that Next WILL be going to Oz this year

Not sure of the exact dates but they have said it will be the big cities but very unlikely to be WA

I would hazard a guess that the reason that lots of UK stores don't come out here is because Australia don't want them. I think Oz is very protectionist on this issue.

Not sure about Next, but Marks and Spencers (who seem cheaper now than I ever remember) and Topshop deliver to Oz, M&S charge 20 pounds delivery no matter how much you order.

Take comfort in that Tasmania won't be getting one either!!

We don't have 2 decent shops to rub together, still at least I'm getting plenty of wear out of my clothes that came out with us.

It hasn't stopped Jigsaw, Karen Millen, F.C.U.K, Burberry, Laura Ashley etc from being here...

Surely if the stores are opening in Oz will be an online store which will deliver to WA although there wont be a shop here.

There is one going into Tea tree plaza, in Adelaide , which has a smaller population than Perth..........I think you will find they will source thir stock from China not the UK [transport] so clothes will be similar too Target.....mm
