One Year Done
No amazingly interesting thread from me I am afraid.
Just to say today is our first anniversary here.
It's been hectic but everything is sorted or still getting sorted and absolutely, positively no regrets whatsoever except we wish we came over earlier.
We hope to start enjoying the lifestyle a lot more now we are "settled"
Andrew

6 weeks to go to get my PR otherwise I lose my $7k first home owners grant (you have to be PR to claim and must claim within 12 months of purchase - Nov 18 for us). QLD rule.

Hi Andrew.
Happy Anniversary!
I see you're in Tanah Merah. This is one of the areas we have been thinking of. Saw it briefly while over last year but only drove through. Can you tell me what it's like please. Houses, schools etc.
Thanks
Julie
