Hi Katie,
We arrived in Brisbane a week ago, dont know how pregnant you are but saw what looked like a great maternity clothes store at southbank, think it was called egg, just in case you need some summer clothes for your bump!
Good luck with the flight and dont worry, Brisbane is fantastic.
