Once spouse visa is granted....??
Quick question-
Once our spouse visa is hopefully granted how long do you have to enter oz.
We think that you have to enter oz within 12 months and we don't want to apply too early.
Also do you get photos sent back??

You can validate the visa from a visit though, and then go back for good at a later date. hope that helps you

On the other thread I posted:
"Time to enter Australia first time is the same as on a permanent visa. If you're only going to be getting the temp visa, maybe better to progress it now as DIMIA are making noises that for new applicants from 1 April 2006, they will require one year's residence in Australia as a minimum before PR can be granted (in cases where there is no eligibility for PR immediately)."
Is your Australian spouse also a British citizen?
