With the recent ICT news ... ( and I know it was a bit unfair on you non ICT types that we were being fast-tracked but as Im sure you can appreciate this process is all about managing expectations and I really had planned everything in life around a december entry to Oz!) ... so onto the question ! ...

Can I still visit oz on a visitors visa while my application is being processed? Anybody tried to do this ? met with any problems? got any advice? want to buy me a beer for being a miserable ICT er?

Oh come on.... ICT'ers aren't more miserable than any other non-ICT & non-nurse applicants.... Besides ICT fasttracking did screw up the others' timeline big time, unfairly at that too, towards the last few months of its existence.

BTW, I'm an ICT applicant too :-)
