Just remember Australia doesn't have stupid loop holes like the one you have been caught up in, so you will never have to put up with it ever again once your here.

We have told people that we are moving to Australia because we want them to know there is no chain, but we are equally reinforcing the message that we are not going to be forced into a silly price. If need be, hubby will go over to Oz and I will stay here to sell the house - not ideal, I know, but there is no way we are going to be bullied into accepting a lower price.
