Nursing jobs in Adelaide...where did you get yours??
Hi folks,
Just wondering about nursing opportunities in Adelaide. Hubby and I are both nurses, I'm neonates but can turn my hand to most things (I'm a lecturer just now) and hubby is Dialysis.
Can't seem to find a long list of jobs advertised and wondered where you found your one? RN/CN Educators etc.
Is there a particular website or the like?
Cheers
Ginny

You might want to try the nursing forum.
I'd look at:

- http://www.tqeh.sa.gov.au/public/con....asp?xcid=670&
- http://www.vacancies.sa.gov.au/asp/public/home.aspx

Neonates would be Women's & Children's in North Adelaide and The Queen Elizabeth would be the place for dialysis. It's the renal transplant unit for South Australia. Both are public hospitals and both are affilliated with University of Adelaide. WCH is pretty central and TQEH is northern suburbs.
Flinders is public and is associated with Flinders University and it's in the southern suburbs. They have a maternity unit, but really, the neonatal unit for the city is at WCH.
I'm not a nurse, but I did temp at both hospitals. I did transcription on the renal unit at TQEH and then worked in the Paediatric Neurology Dept at WCH.
Don't worry about finding nursing jobs. You'll both be fine.
