Actually thinking back i remember one year there was a huge rush of visas coming through in June. The next year every body expected the same but it didnt happen. So I guess it depends if DIMIA have been given their prozac (and other factors I suppose)

They seem to come in stops and starts with a few in between. I bet next week or the week after we will see another big lot of grants.
