That's a great 'good news' story. Here in NZ, the little/ blue/ fairy penguin (it goes by all 3 names) is doing great, a town between Dunedin and Christchurch called Oamaru styles itself the penguin capital of NZ and they are seeing good increases in numbers there, too. http://www.penguins.co.nz/colony/index.html

Don, thats a brilliant link! Even has a webcam into a penguin burrow. I have a friend living over in Oamaru so hope to meet the penguins there one day.
