I`m not too sure - the pro package is designed for news and media companies for use in production - not sure about earth light!

It seems quite obvious after an hour of trying that they don't want you to save it as a mpg or wmv or mov or whatever.

Does anyone know of a screen scrapping program than can just record whats on the screen. I also have another problem in that if I run it full screen it crashes, so just to ask for the impossible... does anyone know of a screen scraping program that also lets you choose which part of the screen you save?

Well, just to answer my own question :p Try this to record your own personal tour of the world

Screencam

You can choose what window to record etc and save it as an avi or swf.

Actually I'm a bit confused as I worked at Lotus years ago and we had a product called Screencam which did pretty much what this program does, I'm just wondering if Lotus/IBM sold it to these people.

Anyway, its cool, its free, and now I can send my animation to everybody :D

What an excellent find, very impressive.

I would say its about 2 yrs out of date for Perth though. I was there just under 18 months ago and the development I bought in doesn't even exist!
Perhaps they have knocked it all down

The grand Canyon is the best, if you tilt it you can actually fly through the canyon.

Amazing

It only took minutes to download, it's not a huge file. I was going to offer to burn it to CD for you then i noticed you're in Perth. lol

I found our old house in Loganlea (we moved out in Nov 2002). Our old Mitsubishi Nimbus (that was stolen from the yard on March 2003) is still in the photo :) (not that I had some time on my hands the other morning at work)

11Mb download. Took me about 6 seconds.
I've got a pretty fast connection though.
