Default new here can anyone help please??

Hi Guys

I really hope that someone can help us, we made the decision last month to emigrate to OZ, we have previously travelled around OZ 2 years ago and loved every minute of it, so we always knew it was out dream to return one day, we have just put our house up for sale and are planning to move in with the inlaws to save some money,
can anyone point us in the right direction we have used 2 companies and been completely ripped off we have been told so many different things and we just dont know now where to go, some friends of ours recommended a really good company and they seemed to be of more help, my partner is a welder by trade but is not doing it at present we have been told that he has to get back into welding for 3 years before we can apply for visa, yet another company told us that if he gets a job offer we can go alot sooner!! has anybody else had similar experience, it's like a mine field out there!! Also i have an aunt who lives in Bunbury just south of Perth who is willing to help in whatever way poss, but could real do with some help from someone who know's!!
Thanks Kel and Matt

About the welders job, it may pay to get some advice from the guys that usually go on the immigration forum as to the actual work visa requirements.

Hi there and welcome,

We used Alan Collett, he was brilliant and has a very good name on here. If you do a search or go into links I'm sure you will find his details. He'll point you in the right direction.

As far a jobs are concerned, I'm not sure about the 3 year bit I think if you got a job sponsorship you could go alot sooner. Someone correct me if I wrong.

Try looking at the site below for jobs:

Hi

Like us we have just made the decision and we are currently using www.visaconnection.co.uk they are so helpful and extremely reliable we get courtesy calls and everything, no question is ever left unanswered no matter how silly you may think it is and believe me I have asked a few

Let me know how you get on!

Hope to hear everything is going ok
