hi there,this is my first post,my family and i will be moving to perth from scotland late next year,unsure where,maybe mandurah or wannero,i'd like to hear opinions on whether it's better to buy new or established houses,also are the beaches in and around mandurah dog friendly i have a mutt that loves water,any information would be a great help and much appreciated,thanks,martin.
