how to get a personal logo??

evening all

i have just discovered i am now a member and not a junior member as before. I was celebrating with my hubby over a beer and he wanted to know why everyone else has little pictures under their names and i don't?? He knows about as much about computers as I do , so i thought i would ask you guys - someone please point me in the right direction...
