i want to immagrate to aussie but i need help, i dont know what my next step should be so can anyone help please???

i went there 7 years ago i got a visa for 2 years, but i overstayed my welcome and lived there another 5 years as i met a lovely aussie guy and loved the country.

i handed myself in this year and had to come back home to scotland without my boyfriend he is over here with me now as he wants me to go back with him to live there.

so can someone help me in the right direction where can i go to sort this out and will i get to immagrate back to aussie?

any help would be appreciated

'Exclusion from Australia
Overstayers are subject to an exclusion period which prevents a person from returning to Australia for up to three years, irrespective of whether they leave voluntarily or not.

Even after the exclusion period has finished, they cannot be granted visas to return to Australia unless they repay any debt they owe to the Commonwealth for their removal and detention.

The exclusion period does not prevent a person from applying for another visa.'
