Natural detox recepie
As published in her best selling book "The healthy Liver and bowel", Dr Sandra Cabot MD recommends the following liver and gallbladder flush
### NOTE : Pregnant women, frail people..no names,insulin dependant diabetics,persons with liver or gallbladder disease
please do not try this without consulting your doctor ####
Freshly squeeze citrus fruits (lemon,grapefruit,lime,orange)to make 300ml of juice.
Dilute with 200mls of filtered water
Finely grate 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
add half tsp of fresh gingerroot
Use garlic press to extract juice from ginger and garlic, add to juice and water mix.
Here's the hard bit.....
Pour 300ml of cold pressed olive oil into a warmed glass.
Every 15 mins take 3 tsp of juice with 3 tsp of olive oil.You could mix the two to make it more palitable.
Statr in the morning preferebly at weekend,when you can have good acess to the throne.
## NOTE this liver flush generally produces side affects which can include stomach cramps,nausea,vomiting in some cases, headaches. Do not treat these symptoms with medication,they are all results of detoxification, just drink lots of filtered water during the process to keep hydrated.
If you suffer from gall stones be prepared for a machine gun like effect.
It's worth having a look to see what comes out...bile sludge,anything you ate as a kid whick wasn't supposed to be eaten,worms etc.
yes i have done it .The worst bit was drinking the olive oil and the headache after which lasted an hour.I crashed out.
Didn't spew but felt like it.
Start on an empty stomach.
Depending on the state of your liver and gallbladder it could take up to 24hrs to start to get things moving.
Yes it was worth it just to see what comes out...but this is a family show......

Good heavens! That's certainly unique.

Yes it's true that all the symptoms I described can be replicated with the use of Stella and Kronnies..!
