Default National Tutoring...anyone tried them?

Have just started looking into getting some extra help for my boys with school work & have had a rep round from this company. It is a computer based program with remote tutor support.
Does anyone have any experience of the company or other tutor programs or companies?

If it's the company I'm thinking of then I have no experience of them, other than me phoning them to tear a strip off them for being dishonest and asking for my details to be removed from their contact list. They phoned on the pretext of sending out info on the type of educational tax breaks there are - but as it turns out they were just writing to advertise their services which I thought was a tad dishonest and underhand, so I told them. I was having a growly day

They may be very good at what they do, but their marketing department stink. Now I'm just hoping that I never feel the need to call on their services

Yes, the tax break thing is a bit misleading as you will only be entitled if you are on FTB
