Also, let your lo go rudey nudey as much as possible and make sure you change nappies every two or three hours or so through the day. Lots of water to dilute the urine (not sure if this is a cure, but I know that dd's urine always stinks when her teeth are playing up). I feel your pain. Our 20 month old has just cut her canines and we had hell on earth for a few days!

Sorry, really should try to get all of my thoughts together before I type! Bepanthan is also good, and you can buy it in Woolworths.

Our little one has really bad nappy rash from teething, can anyone recommend anything over here in Aus, in the UK we used Metanium which was briilaint but can't find it here, sudocrem seems to be useless and he screams when we put it on. I have left him nappyless whic has helped a bit but can't do that all day, has anyone any suggestions?
My friend also has a young girl who has tried loads of different baby wipes as they kept bringing her girl into a bad nappy rash she can only use johnsons baby wipes. I guess i am lucky that my son is ok and i can use anything but if sudocrem is not working I would maybe look at getting baby wipes with out citric acid - (near impossible) or try changing your brand, also when at home just use face cloth and warm water to see if that helps
