This is my 1st thread....Who wants to meet up for a few beverages in Adelaide?
Hello folks,
my family (wife & 2 young boys) are coming to Adelaide between 8th & 22nd December.
We are considering emigrating to Adelaide/South Australia. I studied in Adelaide 10 years ago and loved it. With my occupation, it is the easiest place to migrate too, so hence our visit. I believe there have been some changes in the last 10 years. Comapred to the UK, I believe it would be a better place to bring up my kids (please tell if you think differently
)
Anyway, we would love to meet up with people for a few drinks and like to know more about Adelaide. What is good and bad about the place? Where is best to live? Good schools, etc..

Welcome to Adelaide
I hope you enjoy! With regards to a place to live shall really depend how close you would like to live to the city.
A nice place is Golden Grove North of Adelaide,,,, personally south of Adelaide is a long distance and not so desirable.
