hi, ive just started the long road in moving to perth.a pal of mine moved to perth 4 years ago and give me alot of good info, ie using an agent etc. could anybody tel me of any pitfalls.

My advice would be, write down you main concerns, and then do a search for them on the forum - because you can bet your bottom dollar they've been covered at some point.

Put it this way - Perth is not everyones cup of teaWe, however, are of there in the next month or two

House prices have gone through the roof. Look on the estate agent web sites and do the maths so your clear what you can afford.
