Victoria Point, that's me

We have buses to the City though, eg:
Departing 7.34am Victoria Point Bus Station
Arriving 8.36am Roma Street Busway
Weekdays.

Fare = $9.20 return

Rentals from $350pw eg:

Redcliffe is alright and probably cheaper rent than Bayside, well it was when looked a few months ago. It is close to the beach, plenty bbq's and parks. The commute to CBD is about the same as Bayside. Make sure you walk across that old wooden bridge before they pull it down.

I always think that Redcliffe would be my 2nd choice. A combination of the two would be good

We lived in a rental in Cleveland for 2 1/2 yrs before buying (3 bed townhouse on a gated complex) and were only paying $320 a week

Warner and Cashmere are great value and nice suburbs.....

suburbs like Daisy Hill, Springwood and Rochedale are lovely areas and cheaper rents, close to free way 20 mins to brisbane City great shopping centres and good schools close to hyperdome has 8 cinemas wonderful eateries bowling alley restrants ect .only thing not close to beaches but only 30 mins to gold coast along freeway .20 mins from dreamworld ,movieword ,wet n wild ect. look at www.realestate.com.au for rentals.
