RENTAL yields in southeast Queensland have dropped to 3 to 4 per cent as house price increases leave rents behind.

The housing bubble will take care of itself. With household debt at 110 per cent, there is a limit to the amount the banks can lend.

Sun just rising. Philosophically, sun shining brightly on my decision to sell my UK flat earlier this year and get out of the sinking pound and the sinking UK housing market.
