Selling a house - help
Has anyone had any experience of trying to get an ex partner off the mortgage in order to sell?
Does anyone have any experience of leaving the Uk with their property not sold and have managed to sell it from Nz?
You can see where we are coming from can't you???
Ex partner still on husbands mortgage!!!:scared: Husband has been payimg mortgage since she left and has only recently been able to get in touch via her solicitor.
The plan was to get her of the mortgage and change the mortgage to a buy to let, however things are never easy and this has been dragging on and we are getting closer and closer to leaving!! So do you think it will be possible to sort this all out from Nz???
Any advice would be great!
