Hi Everyone on the forum

I have been a slient member on the forum following a lot of you guys and sharing your joys and sorrows.

To cut long things short i got my 138 visa and am planing to migrate to australia very soon.

I know we need to declare cash above 10000 AUD which is fine.

My wife would be carring some Gold with her so my question is:

Do i need to declare Gold precious metals to the customs what are the rules and policies??

Any pointers would be a great help?
