Don't know what they are getting but it can't be that bad! We've just been quoted by 3 different builders $500K for an EXTENSION consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a family room. We are having trouble justifying this given that we could knock down the house and build a new McMansion for $600K!!!!!!!!!

And there is no shortage of work in North Melb.! Waiting times - 6 months!
