Boronia is not dodgy, especially the junction with Boronia Rd and Dorset Rd.

There are probably some dodgy residential streets but what place does not have them.

I drive through Boronia a lot at all hours of the morning and I have to say I have seen very little trouble. Pushing on South into Ferntree gully has more to worry about. But anyone used to anything in any UK city has little to fear in Melbourne.

Example and 18 yr old getting glassed (not serious or fatal) in a city centre night club made the TV news. In most citys in the UK and ireland it would not even get the local paper.

Packenham, now that is dodgy, i drove through there once and as i use this forum it makes me an expert at driving through places and deciding on thier status.

Packenham is almost as dodgy as Pakenham ;)
