moving to melbourne at the end of january, we want to rent a until or apt. does any1 know of any agencies that do fully furnished properties

You could try a search like this:

...then search for 'furnished' on the page. Don't expect too much though, it's not a very common arrangement here.

We were just in the same position and found that Gumtree was the best place to find somewhere for the short term. Lots of places on there to look at. Good luck finding a place.

In the UK, most things I rented were furnished. Only one wasn't.

We have a unit, but its just outside the outer edge of the city in Monbulk in the Dandenong ranges. It is still available from the 29th Jan if thats any good. Drop me a line if you want more info.

Google Melbourne fully furnished rental apartments thats wat we did when we initially looked to move to Melbourne 3 years ago things may have changed but we did find them then
