Reading through the information of what needs to be delared etc
there was a bit about medicines and that vitamins, alternative
remedies etc were all counted as medicine and that you would
need to delare them and have a letter or prescription from
your doctor.

This is Ok for such things that come from your doctor, but what
about vitamin/mineral supplements, children medicine (as I don't
want to be in the position that an ill child won't take the local
medicine as its different!!), aromatherapy oils etc

Any advice would be great.
