Hi All, I moved here in August and live with my Aussie husband in Adelaide, wondered if anyone on here moved over on there own?

Have great family (in-law) here but desperately miss my friends and fam back home, haven't quite found any true friends here (apart from hubbys) and i guess was looking if anyone was in the same boat?

The 6th June will involve beer and is south of the city. Just been waiting to hear back from Adelaide Dave who has gone quiet on us again. I reckon we just choose a venue - someone said the Belair is expensive but the RSL is cheap. The Belair is maybe more central though. We can walk to the Duck so that's great for us

There's another meet planned for the 21st June too, a more general one which I'm looking for a venue for. Managed to get myself a job finally so busy during the week but hope to post that at the weekend. That will be south of the city too, thinking of Brighton way?
