our house has now been on the market 4 weeks and we've only had 1 viewer 
beginning to give up hope, we only signed a contract with them for 8 weeks so if we don't get any viewers in that time we will go on with another agent! we have even dropped the price by 10,000!

and quick!!! well done Yeah alls well here....been having a nightmare with this bond stuff, got our request letter (very late) everthing needs to be back to them by the 7th April!!!
have asked for extra time since letter has been lost in post....but nothing back! also found the hole thing thanks to Teach & Alex Hall I think we`ve got it sorted.So pleased for you on your house sale
