Going with a very nice man ( got friends who are friends) who has given us a quote of .75% (Inc VAT) and contracted for one month, after that two weeks notice - not going to argue with that! - Whether he sells it is another matter.

Chickened out of trying to do it privately, not many seem to manage it.

Few odd jobs to do first, then have 20 people round, all put in offers and fight over it - ooops sorry, dozed off and had a dream whilst wearing rose tinted ;)

Good luck Tracey, :)
Keep us informed as we are hoping to put our house on the market in a month's time, so any pointers will be appreciated. We are apprehensive as the market is quite slow in our area, however you never know our paths might cross in Brizzy in the summer!!

Good luck with the sale, hopfully ours will go on in April. Luckily I have been working with our local Estate agents, sorting their advertising, so I'm hoping this will help me sweet talk them into a good deal! :D
